Shandong Xinfa Holdings Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise group that integrates marine fishery industry, marine food processing, and ship and marine equipment industry. It has four major groups (companies) under its jurisdiction, namely Haicheng Group, which focuses on near and far sea fishing and fishing port services; Lanrun Group, which focuses on marine biotechnology research and development, food processing, and cold chain warehousing and logistics; Xinhong Group, which focuses on marine equipment repair, machinery manufacturing, port services, and tourism catering; and Qingyuan Fishery Company, which focuses on offshore fishing. It has more than 80 affiliated enterprises and nearly 10000 employees.
Looking back at 1996, Rongcheng Xinfa Aquatic Food Co., Ltd. was officially established, and Xinfa Holdings set sail from there. For more than 20 years, Xinfa people have adhered to the business philosophy of "survival through quality and development through reputation", persevering through wind and rain, forging ahead step by step, growing step by step, and finally achieving initial success. From a small sampan swaying in the wind and rain, it has developed into a large ship that can withstand the wind and waves.
The development of Xinfa Holdings Company cannot be separated from the care and support of party committees and governments at all levels, and the strong assistance of all sectors of society. Without everyone's concerted efforts and solidarity, there would be no achievements of Xinfa Holdings Company today, nor could there be a more promising and hardworking tomorrow.
