Precise Empowerment Boosts Competencies, Accumulates Momentum to Drive Development—Xinfafa Holdings’ 2025 Training Program Comes to a Successful Conclusion.

On December 26, with the successful conclusion of the “Special Training on Interpretation of Insurance Terms” and the “Special English Training” organized by the holding company, the holding company’s 2025 training plan came to a perfect close. Over the past year, the holding company spearheaded the organization of nearly 50 training sessions, reaching a total of 3,000 participants.

The “Special Training on Insurance Clause Interpretation” held on the morning of December 26.

“English Special Training” on the evening of December 26

This year’s training program is closely aligned with the company’s development needs, guided by the principle of “addressing exactly what’s lacking.” It precisely targets the pain points in staff members’ capability enhancement and empowers them through professional, practical training. This approach lays a solid talent foundation for the company’s safe, compliant operations and high-quality development, reflecting the company’s high regard for and continued investment in talent development and team building.

Talent is the primary resource, and enhancing quality and capability is the key. To ensure that training efforts are precise and practical, the holding company planned ahead and proactively solicited extensive feedback on training needs from its various invested enterprises. It thoroughly analyzed weak points in business operations and identified risk areas, ultimately establishing a diversified training system covering multiple fields such as legal compliance, safe production, operational management, and specialized competencies.

This year’s training program combines targeted relevance with practical applicability, covering core compliance courses such as “Accounts Receivable Management and Legal Risk Prevention,” “Legal Risk Prevention in Enterprise Safety Production Management,” “Specialized Training on Integrity in Professional Conduct,” “Legal Risk Prevention and Dispute Resolution in Labor and Human Resources,” and “Legal Risk Prevention in Engineering Project Management.” These courses precisely address the risk points encountered in business operations. At the same time, the program offers hands-on training sessions on fundamental fire safety knowledge, compliance management for food, health products, and cosmetics, and procurement management, thereby strengthening employees’ ability to perform their duties safely and operate in compliance with regulations. In addition, we are simultaneously advancing training programs for cadre development and specialized English training for employees, providing comprehensive support to help cadres and staff broaden their knowledge horizons and enhance their overall competence, thus creating a training framework characterized by “comprehensive coverage, focused emphasis, and needs-based instruction.”

To ensure training quality and enhance learning effectiveness, the Integrated Office and other functional departments of the holding company have exercised strict oversight in selecting instructors, inviting experts with extensive practical experience in relevant fields, lawyers, industry specialists, and heads of intermediary agencies to deliver lectures. The courses combine in-depth analysis of real-world cases with a seamless integration of theoretical explanations and hands-on guidance, making the training content more accessible and readily applicable in practice. Meanwhile, the Integrated Office has diligently implemented the leadership’s directives and requirements, focusing on creating an optimal training environment and enhancing logistical support. Through continuous improvements such as optimizing meal services and fostering a comfortable learning atmosphere, the office has provided solid support, enabling participants to fully immerse themselves in their studies.

The successful completion of this year’s training program not only represents an important practical step in building the talent pool at the holding company, but also serves as a crucial initiative for strengthening the company’s development foundation and fostering collaborative momentum. Beyond enhancing the capabilities and qualities of our cadres and employees, the training has also conveyed the development philosophy of “lifelong learning and empowering growth,” injecting strong impetus into the company’s sustained and healthy development.

Looking ahead, the holding company will take this training as a new starting point to continuously optimize its training system and innovate its training approaches, ensuring that training becomes a vital support for enhancing the company’s core competitiveness. We will encourage all employees of our invested enterprises to engage in their work with greater professionalism and a more pragmatic attitude, jointly writing a new chapter of high-quality development for our company.
