Carrying Forward the Spirit of Serving the Country and Deeply Studying the Classics to Empower Development — Xinfa Holdings Organizes a Red‑Theme Study Tour and Specialized Lecture Series

To carry forward the red heritage and draw strength to forge ahead, and to leverage scientific thinking to address the challenges of corporate governance and development, 2026 year 7 month 1 On [date], Xinfa Holdings organized Hai Cheng Group, Lanrun Group, Xinhong Group, and Qingyuan Fisheries Company, totaling… 60 Outstanding Party members, reserve cadres, and young key personnel visited the Guo Yonghuai Memorial Hall to engage in immersive red‑education activities and participate in specialized study sessions, transforming the spirit of heroic martyrs and timeless ideological principles into practical momentum for the enterprise’s high‑quality development.

Inside the Guo Yonghuai Memorial Hall, all participants followed the expert guide on a detailed tour of the museum’s physical exhibits, historical photographs and documents, and audiovisual displays, systematically retracing the illustrious life of Guo Yonghuai, one of the founding fathers of China’s “Two Bombs, One Satellite” program. From his years abroad, where he devoted himself to rigorous study and cutting-edge research, to his courageous return home despite countless obstacles to dedicate himself to the nation’s monumental “Two Bombs, One Satellite” endeavor, and finally to his selfless act of shielding classified information at a moment of grave danger—sacrificing his own life to safeguard the country’s scientific achievements—each attendee was deeply moved by the unwavering patriotism of this pioneering scientist. Participants profoundly appreciated the profound sense of national duty embodied in the older generation of researchers, who forged critical national assets and shouldered their mission with unyielding dedication, while gaining a deeper understanding of the spirit of loyalty, self-reliance, and arduous struggle that underpins their legacy.

Following the on-site field study, all participants moved to Yue’erwan Hotel to hear a special presentation titled “On the Vast Land, Who Shall Decide Its Fate?” delivered by Lu Yonghuan, President of the holding company. The lecture began by revisiting pivotal moments in revolutionary history, grounding itself in the principles, perspectives, and methods of Mao Zedong Thought. Drawing on contemporary challenges in social governance and pressing issues in corporate management and development, it offered an in-depth analysis across several dimensions—tracing the origins of these approaches, critically examining present‑day contradictions, exploring pathways for progress, and fostering unity and collective strength. The presentation underscored that revisiting the classics is not about reverting to the past or clinging to outdated practices, but rather about drawing on historical wisdom to address today’s complex problems.

Xinfa Holdings President Lu Yonghuan delivered a lecture to everyone.

The lecture clearly emphasized that in carrying out our work, we must steadfastly uphold the fundamental principle of serving the people, firmly adhere to the core tenet of seeking truth from facts, and skillfully apply scientific methods such as contradiction analysis and the mass line. In addressing pressing issues in enterprise development—such as policy implementation falling short of its intended impact, formalism, the “last mile” challenge in policy execution, difficulties in industrial transformation, and insufficient endogenous momentum—the lecture provided a precise diagnosis of the root causes and proposed a series of highly actionable governance measures. For example, the organization has fully implemented a “four noes and two straights” on-the‑ground research model, established systems for maintaining issue checklists and compiling field‑visit notes, and made the practical outcomes of investigations the central criterion in cadre performance evaluations, thereby moving away from an overreliance on formal records. At the same time, it has refined its governance framework by conducting extensive enterprise visits to gather public input prior to policy formulation, introducing a “reverse‑experience” mechanism for cadres in major decision‑making processes, and setting up employee review committees to conduct satisfaction assessments—thus shifting the focus of evaluation from “approval by superiors” to “acceptance by employees.” The lecture underscored that corporate development must uphold the organic unity of self-reliance and dialectical openness, thereby strengthening the resilience of industrial growth.

This study-and-teaching initiative has served as both a profound spiritual renewal and a practical empowerment of capabilities. Participants unanimously pledged to deeply study and thoroughly internalize the essence of the revolutionary spirit and classic ideologies, remain grounded in their roles with a commitment to truth and pragmatism, tackle tough challenges head-on, and, through dedicated action and a sense of responsibility, address development bottlenecks, thereby uniting hearts and minds to drive high-quality growth across all invested enterprises.
