Building Defenses Through Practice, Ensuring Safety | Xinfafa Holdings Conducts Company-Wide Fire Safety Training and Hands-On Drills
At 10:00 a.m. on July 24, Xinfa Holdings Co., Ltd. invited experts from a specialized fire‑safety agency in Weihai to conduct fire‑safety training and hands‑on drills for all employees at the company’s headquarters building.
At the outset of the training, the head of the Holding Company’s Asset Management Center placed particular emphasis on the company’s fire safety efforts, urging all employees to attach great importance to safety, rigorously implement the grid‑based safety management system, and embrace the principle that “everyone is a safety officer and everyone bears responsibility for fire safety,” thereby ensuring that fire safety measures are effectively put into practice.
At the training session, fire safety experts, drawing on the specific fire‑safety characteristics of office environments, provided a detailed explanation of the functions and proper use of various firefighting devices, as well as key points for routine inspections. They also shared essential knowledge on fire prevention, initial fire response, and emergency evacuation. Following the theoretical instruction, all participants engaged in hands‑on drills. Under the experts’ on‑site guidance, employees sequentially completed practical exercises, including operating fire extinguishers to put out simulated fires and practicing emergency escape procedures, thereby mastering the relevant emergency response protocols and operational techniques.
This training exercise was highly practical and closely aligned with real-world scenarios, effectively addressing employees’ shortcomings in fire‑emergency preparedness, strengthening the company’s fire safety management framework, and establishing a robust safety safeguard for the enterprise’s secure and stable operations.
