The national heavy-duty vessel 'Dream' is officially commissioned.


11Month17On the day, the deep-sea drilling vessel designed and built independently by China Shipbuilding Group officially joined the fleet."Dream"is officially commissioned.

"Dream"The vessel is constructed by Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Company and designed by the 708 Institute.The 701 Institute participated in the design support and undertook the development and supply of the integrated information system and intelligent ship system.;The 711 Institute provided a complete set of power propulsion systems, including the main generator set and propulsion system.It also served as the consulting agency for vibration and noise control and the technical responsible unit.The 704 Institute undertook the development of major products, including the closed-loop electric propulsion system for the entire ship, power system, and systems for monitoring the entire ship, core sampling, food refrigeration, air cooling and ventilation, valve remote control, and liquid level measurement.;The 710 Institute independently designed and built a fully domesticated paleomagnetic shielding laboratory.The vessel is equipped with a dynamic positioning system based on an energy storage closed-loop power grid.It can operate normally in level sea conditions and survive safely in level super typhoons, possessing the capability for unlimited operational areas in global waters.Adhering to the design and construction concept of small tonnage, multifunctional, and modular,DP3the vessel has broken through more than fifty core key technologies across ten major categories.It has successfully solved the challenges of integrating various functions such as ocean scientific drilling, deep-sea oil and gas exploration, and natural gas hydrate exploration and trial production, achieving a significant improvement in comprehensive performance and effective control of operational costs, and has obtained complete independent intellectual property rights.The vessel is equipped with a hydraulic drilling rig that combines oil and gas exploration and core drilling functions.It integrates multiple operational modes and core sampling methods, and can achieve fully automated operations for core collection and transportation to storage, improving the efficiency of deep-sea hard rock core drilling by 40%.;It has a large area, comprehensive functions, and optimized processes for the onboard laboratory.It can meet the real-time research needs of various marine disciplines such as basic geology, paleomagnetism, inorganic geochemistry, organic geochemistry, microbiology, marine science, natural gas hydrates, geophysics, and drilling technology.Innovatively adopting the latest generation of megawatt closed-loop network power stations and battery energy storage technology, it reduces the overall energy consumption of the vessel by 15%.DP3It creates the vessel's strongest brain, establishing a comprehensive information system for the research vessel.This system can real-time aggregate and analyze data from over ten thousand monitoring points, achieving intelligent monitoring of operations, intelligent collaboration in experiments, intelligent health assurance, and intelligent integration between ship and shore.2Represented by China Shipbuilding Group, the participating units fully leverage the project's role in driving technological innovation, achieving significant breakthroughs in the field of marine science and technology, and successfully bringing national key equipment and super engineering from blueprint to reality.6型产品配套;七一〇所自主设计并建造了全国产化古地磁屏蔽实验室

该船配备基于蓄能闭环电网的DP-3动力定位系统,可在6级海况下正常作业、16级超强台风下安全生存,具备全球海域无限航区作业能力。

秉承"小吨位、多功能、模块化"的设计建造理念,"Dream"突破了十大类五十余项核心关键技术,成功解决了大洋科学钻探、深海油气勘探和天然气水合物勘查试采等多种功能同船融合设计的难题,实现了综合性能的大幅提升和运营成本的有效控制,并取得完全自主知识产权。

该船装备了兼具油气勘探和岩芯钻取功能的液压钻机,集成了4种作业模式和3种取芯方式,并可实现岩芯采集、输送到存储的全过程自动化作业,深海硬岩钻探取芯效能提高40%;建有面积大、功能全、流程优的船载实验室,可满足基础地质、古地磁、无机地球化学、有机地球化学、微生物、海洋科学、天然气水合物、地球物理、钻探技术等海洋全学科实时研究需求;创新采用最新一代30兆瓦闭环环网电站和电池蓄能技术,使全船综合能耗降低15%;打造船舶"最强大脑",建有科考船综合信息化系统,可实时汇聚分析2万余个监测点数据,实现作业智能监测、实验智能协同、健康智能保障、船岸智能融合。
