The Xinfa Holdings 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting and the 2025 "Restart and Climb Higher" Work Mobilization Conference were held.
On January 23, 2025, Shandong Xinfaholding Co., Ltd. held the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and the 2025 "Re-start, Re-ascend" Work Mobilization Conference at the Rongcheng Yue'er Bay Junlan Hotel, reviewing the past year's journey and outlining a beautiful blueprint for the future. More than 400 representatives from various departments of Xinfaholding Company, middle-level and above cadres from various groups and companies, as well as advanced collectives and individuals who received commendations attended the conference.
The conference was hosted by Lu Yonghuan, the president of Xinfaholding Company. Wang Xiaojun, the chairman of Xinfaholding Company, delivered an important speech. Wang Yixin, the vice president of Xinfaholding Company, read the "Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals for the Year 2024". Vice presidents Wang Zhiyong, Sun Weikang, Yao Yongke, and other leaders attended the meeting and gave speeches, while some award-winning representatives expressed their acceptance speeches.

Looking ahead to 2025, it will be full of opportunities and challenges. To improve the level of specialized management, the holding company has re-planned and integrated the business of each group sector. The overall work idea for the company in 2025 is: to focus on improving efficiency, grasp the focus of production and operation, implement responsibilities at all levels, ensure production quality and safety, strengthen employee team building, create a culture of "making the company a home and being proud of the company", and ensure the successful completion of planned tasks by all groups and units!
