July On July 23, Shandong Xinfac Holding Co., Ltd. held a Investment Enterprises 202 five-year mid-year work summary meeting at the Yue'erwan Junlan Hotel in Rongcheng. The meeting reviewed the work of the first half of the year, analyzed existing problems, and clarified the work goals and key tasks for the second half of the year. The chairman, president, and vice president of the holding company, members of the leadership teams of various groups and companies, and the main persons in charge of various functional departments of the holding company attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Lu Yonghuan, president of the holding company. Wang Xiaojun, chairman of the holding company, delivered an important speech. Wang Yixin, vice president of the holding company, commented on and deployed the work. Chairmen of various groups (companies) reported on the completion of the main work in the first half of the year, existing problems, and work in the second half of the year in terms of operation and management, team building, and safety production. General managers of various groups (companies) made supplementary speeches. The main persons in charge of various functional departments of the holding company reported and spoke on the common problems existing in various groups in the first half of the year and the key tasks for the second half of the year.

In his speech, Chairman Wang Xiaojun pointed out that in the first half of 2025, the overall economic operation of the holding company's investment enterprises remained stable, but there were problems of unbalanced development. It is necessary to compare with the planned goals set at the beginning of the year, analyze the gaps and reasons, make up for shortcomings and weaknesses, further refine measures, focus on breakthroughs in improving operating capabilities, work hard in refined management, and seek effectiveness in safety and quality, take strong measures in employee team building, and build a foundation in corporate culture construction to ensure the successful completion of the annual planned targets and promote the high-quality development of investment enterprises.
