The holding company holds training to enhance safety performance capabilities.


To further strengthen the construction of safety management systems in the holding company's invested enterprises and enhance the professional competence and practical capabilities of the safety management team, the Holding Company Asset Management Center has… 10 Month 17 This afternoon, the holding company organized a meeting involving the holding company and its various investment groups (companies). 40 Multiple safety management personnel underwent training to enhance their job competency.

The training will invite professional instructors from a third-party training institution to deliver lectures covering topics such as safety regulations and compliance identification, analysis of accident cases, safety training exercises and resource allocation, identification and control of safety risks along with hazard investigation and remediation, development of specialized skills for safety managers and their corresponding job responsibilities, and the formulation of the company's safety management systems and procedures.

This training session lasted nearly two hours. Safety managers from various units of Haicheng, Lanrun, and Xinhong Group, as well as safety personnel from directly controlled subsidiaries under the holding company, attentively listened to the lecture and actively engaged in interactive discussions with the instructor, sharing their practical experiences on effectively managing safety in daily operations. Each participant also received a copy of a hazard identification picture, enabling them to apply their everyday work experience and acquired safety knowledge to spot potential risks, thereby testing their ability to analyze and assess various hazards. At the same time, this hands-on exercise helped reinforce their understanding of safety principles, allowing them to better integrate theoretical knowledge into real-world tasks and ultimately enhance support for production and business activities.

This systematic learning will help safety management personnel master regulatory knowledge, enhance their daily safety management skills, and lay a solid foundation for more effectively carrying out safety management tasks in the future.
