Xinfafa Holdings: Conducting Fire Safety Training to Strengthen the Safety Defense Line
11 Month 17 On the day, Xinfa Holdings specially invited Officer Zhang from the Rongcheng City Fire Brigade to deliver a lecture and conduct basic fire safety training. Representatives from the holding company as well as its invested enterprises—Haicheng Group, Lanrun Group, and Xinhong Group—were present. 60 Other personnel from safety management positions gathered together to participate in the training session.
At the beginning of the training, the director of the Asset Department of the holding company kicked things off by introducing basic fire safety knowledge in an interactive Q&A format, guiding everyone to deeply understand the importance and necessity of mastering fundamental fire safety principles.
During the formal lecture session, Officer Zhang integrated typical fire accident cases, using vivid visual materials such as videos and images to clearly and thoroughly explain key topics—including the causes of fires, preventive measures, initial firefighting techniques, self-rescue and evacuation strategies, proper use of fire-fighting equipment, identification and rectification of potential hazards, and accountability for accidents. The significant casualties and massive economic losses caused by these incidents deeply resonated with everyone present, fostering a much more personal understanding of the critical importance of fire safety.
Practical skills in firefighting equipment were the focus of this training session. Officer Zhang delivered a detailed explanation, using vivid visuals displayed on a large screen, on the proper methods for using fire extinguishers and fire hoses. Participants systematically mastered the essential steps for operating a fire extinguisher—“lift, pull, grip, and squeeze”—as well as practical techniques for connecting and deploying fire hoses, significantly enhancing their ability to handle emergency fire situations and solidifying the foundation for translating theoretical knowledge into real-world skills.
This training not only strengthened employees' fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities but also laid a solid foundation for safe production and stable operations across all groups (companies). Moving forward, Xinfa Holdings will continue to enhance its fire safety management by regularly conducting fire drills and safety inspections, ensuring the utmost protection of employees' lives and property, as well as the company's secure and stable operations.
