Xinfafa Holdings Holds a Specialized Training Session on Labor Employment Management and Work Injury Prevention Certification


To standardize corporate labor management, strengthen awareness of work-related injury prevention, and enhance capabilities in handling labor‑management disputes and in the practical application of work‑related injury identification procedures, on March 14, 2026, Xinfa Holdings specially invited relevant leaders from the Municipal Labor Inspection Department, the Municipal Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Commission, and the Work‑Related Injury Management Division to conduct a specialized training session on labor management, work‑related injury prevention, and work‑related injury identification. More than 60 key personnel and business leaders from Xinfa Holdings and its various invested enterprises gathered together to jointly study policies and collaboratively address challenges.

This training session is closely aligned with the actual employment needs of enterprises, adhering to a problem‑oriented and results‑driven approach. The content is rich, detailed, and highly targeted. Drawing on their own work experience, the instructors provided systematic explanations and practical guidance, focusing on the core aspects of labor employment and the key areas of work injury management. During the training, the critical considerations for signing, amending, and terminating labor contracts were thoroughly explained, while the importance of establishing and refining enterprise rules and regulations in mitigating employment risks and fostering harmonious labor relations was emphasized. Through in-depth analysis of typical labor dispute arbitration cases, participants gained a clear and intuitive understanding of the root causes of disputes and the effective strategies for addressing them.

In the work-related injury management section, the instructor provided a detailed explanation of relevant work-related injury insurance policies and benefit standards, with a particular focus on the requirements for reporting work-related injuries, the circumstances under which injuries are recognized, and the application procedures. The instructor also clarified the key stages of work-related injury prevention and the practical considerations involved, helping participants gain a clear understanding of policy boundaries, master the proper procedures for handling work-related injuries, and effectively strengthen the defense against work-related injuries.

 

The entire training session featured both policy and theoretical explanations as well as practical guidance, effectively resolving common challenges in corporate employment management. Participants listened attentively and took meticulous notes, creating a vibrant learning atmosphere on site. The content of this training was closely aligned with actual work scenarios and highly practical; it not only enhanced their professional capabilities in labor and employment management and workers’ compensation handling, but also provided strong guidance for future efforts to standardize employment practices, prevent risks, and resolve labor‑management disputes.
