To further enhance the professional management of each business segment and standardize the construction standards for cold storage facilities, Month 16  On [date], the Asset Management Center of the holding company convened heads of investment, asset management, procurement, and infrastructure from each group. 30 The remaining personnel attended a specialized training session on civil-engineering cold-storage insulation systems in the training classroom on the second floor of the holding company.

This training session features a specially invited expert from a polyurethane supplier, who delivered a comprehensive presentation covering five key areas: system definition, product selection, construction techniques, company overview, and classic case studies. The session thoroughly explained the essential technical aspects of polyurethane spray-foam insulation for civil-engineering cold storage facilities, with a particular focus on material selection, construction procedures, quality control, and safety precautions, all illustrated through real-world project examples. The expert also provided targeted answers to common technical challenges encountered during project development.

Trainees engaged in diligent study and active knowledge exchange, thereby gaining a deeper understanding of the core principles and practical application of civil-engineering cold-storage insulation systems. This has effectively enhanced their professional competence and risk-management capabilities across key areas such as asset development, procurement and equipment selection, and infrastructure management.

          4 month 17 On [date], in order to continuously enhance the safety expertise and emergency response capabilities of refrigeration operators and safety management personnel at invested enterprises, the Asset Management Center of the holding company organized a total of [number] refrigeration operators and unit safety management personnel from various group subsidiaries. 30 A group of employees attended a specialized safety training session in the training room on the second floor of the holding company.

The management personnel of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department provided a detailed briefing on topics including the hazards of refrigerants and corresponding protective measures, routine inspection, maintenance, and proper use of emergency rescue equipment, management of safety accessories, as well as analysis of identified risks and hazards through daily supervision and inspections, along with related requirements. Following the training, all participants were assessed through written and practical examinations based on both the training content and their day-to-day work conditions, thereby reinforcing their learning and enhancing their capabilities and ensuring safe production in their daily operations.

Going forward, the holding company will continue to strengthen professional skills training and consistently enhance the business competence of its management team, thereby laying a solid foundation for the high-standard advancement of various engineering projects and for ensuring the company’s safe and efficient industrial development.
