Haicheng Group Conducts a Fire Emergency Drill
2026 year 5 month 30 On [date], to support the ongoing Safety Production Month activities and to implement the theme “Everyone Can Handle Emergencies,” Haicheng Group, an investment enterprise of Xinfafa Holdings, organized a comprehensive fire‑fighting drill at the Haicheng Fishing Port terminal. More than sixty personnel from various fleets, as well as from Lan Yue Ocean Shipping, the Dispatch Department, the oil depot, and the security team, participated in the exercise. Haicheng Group General Manager Bi Huagang attended the drill, the Head of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department delivered a mobilization address, and the head of the Asset Management Center of the holding company led safety and environmental protection staff in observing the entire drill process.
The main components of this drill included: the Safety and Environmental Protection Department’s supervisors provided detailed explanations and demonstrated the proper use of positive-pressure self-contained breathing apparatus, gas masks, and fire extinguishers, with participating employees practicing these procedures on-site; the department head explained the operation and connection of fire trucks and hoses, while the security team conducted a live demonstration of fire‑fighting operations using the fire truck; terminal dispatchers and crew members carried out a drill involving the use of a fire‑rescue boat to extinguish onboard fires and evacuate personnel. All participants boarded the fire‑rescue boat to jointly learn how to operate the firefighting equipment, ensuring that all staff are fully trained. Through multi‑disciplinary training and hands‑on practice, employees’ emergency response knowledge and practical skills continue to improve.
Following the drill, the person in charge of dispatch conducted an assessment and analysis of the exercise process and identified areas for improvement. All participants were urged to apply the knowledge they had gained to their work, enhance their understanding of safety and emergency response procedures, and fully implement the “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond” initiative during Safety Production Month. -- the campaign theme of “Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers,” Prevent and manage all types of accidents, thereby establishing a robust safety framework to support the company’s sustained and sound development.
