Xinfafa Holdings Conducts Hands-On Training in Office Software to Empower Employees for Efficient Work Practices.

To further enhance employees’ hands-on office skills, optimize work efficiency, and strengthen their foundational expertise in their respective roles, Xinfafa Holdings held a practical training session on specialized office software at the Xinfafa Marine Vocational Skills Training School on the morning of May 30. The training was led by Wang Jiyang, Deputy General Manager of the Network Information Management Center, who oversees the company’s IT and cybersecurity initiatives. More than 60 clerical staff from various departments—including general administration, finance, and auditing—representing subsidiaries such as Haicheng Group, Lanrun Group, Xinhong Group, and Qingyuan Fisheries Company, participated in the session.
The training focuses on the pain points and challenges of everyday office work, adhering to principles of practicality and high efficiency, with content that is concise yet closely aligned with job requirements. The curriculum covers six core modules: efficient use of system shortcuts, standardized document management, essential hands-on skills in Word and Excel, proper office email etiquette, self‑service troubleshooting for computer issues, and cybersecurity best practices.
The instructor eschewed theoretical lectures, adopting a “skills‑based teaching + hands‑on practice + on‑site Q&A” approach. The session focused on practical skills such as rapid document formatting, intelligent data processing, efficient batch operations, and secure data backup, with detailed breakdowns of solutions to common office‑related challenges. In addition, the program included timed hands‑on exercises, quick‑fire Q&A, and comprehensive real‑world scenarios to help participants internalize key concepts, master operational techniques, and solidify their learning outcomes.
The entire training session was fast-paced and packed with valuable content, highly targeted and practical. Participants engaged earnestly in learning and actively participated in discussions. I’ve learned many practical methods and techniques. Including troubleshooting and self‑rescue techniques, the training effectively addressed employees’ skill gaps in office operations, further standardized work procedures, and enhanced overall productivity. Moving forward, participants will apply the skills they have acquired to their daily tasks, driving quality improvements and efficiency gains to support the smooth execution of all initiatives.
